Leo von Langdorf is an extremely gorgeous, intelligent, kind and affectionate 7 month old German Shepherd. We were surprised to get a request from an animal shelter we work with that a puppy had come in from an owner who had purchased him from a breeder with his genealogy paperwork. The people had lost their home. He loves to follow his person EVERYWHERE and is looking for someone who can appreciate that type of love and loyalty and will challenge his energy and intellect. He is a puppy so his energy is high but he is learning the difference between playtime and when to settle down, so needs an active household with a playful fur brother or sister to play with and learn from so he can be the best boy possible. Leo loves to go on car rides and is great in the car and in public especially the dog park. He walks extremely well on leash and passes other dogs well. He is currently potty trained to use a doggy door to let himself out. He is incredibly smart, takes treats gently and knows sit, lay down, paw(shake), high five, belly’s up and is learning stay and leave it. Leo is looking for a forever home with large breed experience. He is a large clumsy, curious puppy so no small children, unless you are experienced with that dynamic.
